pillowfight — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and pillowfight ("Foundry"). By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. The "Unlimited" License Grant

‍Upon downloading the Font Software, pillowfight grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it. We believe in keeping things simple:

• Unlimited Pageviews: Use it on your websites without traffic limits.
• Unlimited Desktops: Install it on as many devices as you need.
• Unlimited Apps & Print: Use it in mobile apps, printed books, logos, packaging, and digital graphics.
• ATTRIBUTION RULE: If you downloaded the Font Software for FREE, you are legally required to credit www.pillowfight.studio or tag @pillow.fight.studio on Instagram in any public-facing project using the font. If you purchased the paid flat-fee license, this attribution requirement is completely waived.

2. Freelancer & Client Sharing

‍We want to make your workflow seamless. If you are a designer or agency, you are permitted to share the Font Software files directly with your client for their own use, provided that the client also agrees to abide by the rules of this Agreement.

3. Modifications & Customization

• Modifying the Art (YES): You are fully permitted to convert the text to outlines in graphic design software (such as Adobe Illustrator) and modify the vector shapes to create custom logos, wordmarks, or artwork.
• Modifying the Software (STRICTLY PROHIBITED): You may NOT open, edit, rename, decompile, or modify the actual font software files (.otf, .ttf, .woff, .woff2, etc.) in any font editing program (such as Glyphs, FontLab, or Robofont) under any circumstances.

4. Templates, Canva, & Server Use

‍This license does not allow you to embed the Font Software into template-creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Templett, Corjl), print-on-demand services, or any server/web application where unlicensed third-party users can type with or generate documents using the Font.

5. Distribution & Resale

‍You may not sell, resell, lease, sub-license, or publicly distribute the Font Software. You are strictly forbidden from uploading the Font Software to open-source repositories (such as GitHub), public font-sharing websites, or peer-to-peer networks.

6. Refunds & General Terms

‍Because Font Software is a digital asset that can be easily copied, all sales are final and non-refundable. For our complete store policies, please review our full Terms and Conditions at the top of this page."
